AI leadership, grounded in operational reality.
My background combines customer-facing technical work at Microsoft with hands-on responsibility for an organisation’s IT. I bring both perspectives to the decisions that make technology useful.

Enterprise experience
Making the technical case.
At Microsoft, I worked as a Technical Specialist across security, compliance, identity and modern work, supporting a portfolio of approximately 50 named enterprise accounts.
That work involved connecting technical risks with business decisions, engaging with senior leaders and demonstrating how specific capabilities could address the problems in front of them.

Taking responsibility for delivery.
For an international industrial company, I led the architecture and delivery of a phased cloud transformation. With my team, I moved core services away from ageing infrastructure, strengthened identity and access controls, and consolidated organisational data.
The programme reduced the recurring IT run rate by over 50%, without lost email or data and without material interruption to the business. It also involved working with business owners and training people to use the new environment.

AI enablement
I apply that combination of technical judgement and operational experience to enterprise AI: finding valuable use cases, establishing proportionate governance, and supporting adoption. Identity, data and the way people work are part of the same problem.
